摘 要:目的探讨淫羊藿总黄酮(TFE)对高脂血症大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。方法健康SD雄性大鼠35只,随机分为普通饮食组(9只)和高脂饮食组(26只)。高脂饮食组给予高脂饲料喂养12周后复制高脂血症大鼠模型。造模成功后随机分为模型组(8只)和TFE大剂量组(9只,200 mg/d)及TFE小剂量组(9只,100 mg/d),干预4周后测量各组大鼠的SOD水平。结果高脂饮食喂养12周后,高脂饮食组TG、TC、LDL明显升高(P<0.01)。TFE大剂量、小剂量组的TG、TC较模型组降低,SOD活性较模型组明显升高(P<0.01)。TFE大剂量组SOD活性高于TFE小剂量组(P<0.01)结论淫羊藿总黄酮能够提高高脂血症大鼠的SOD活性,对血管内皮有保护作用。Objective To investigate the influence of total flavonoids of epimedium (TFE) on the activity of serum superoxide dismutase in hyperlipemia rats. Methods Thirty - five male SD rats were randomly divided into the high - fat diet group ( n = 26 ) and full diet group ( n = 9 ). Rats in high - fat diet group were randomly subdivided into hyperlipemia group (n =8), high dose TFE group (n =9) and low dose TFE group (n =9) after 12 weeks with high - fat diet. Lavage with TFE of 200 rag/day 100 rag/day were given to rats in high dose TFE and low dose TFE groups, respectively, for 4 weeks. The activity of serum superoxide dismutase was measured. Results Significant increase of TG, TC and LDL were observed in hyperlipemia group, comparing with those in full diet group (P 〈 0. 01 ). Compared with that in controls, the activity of serum superoxide dismutase was significantly elevated in TFE intervention groups. Conclusion TFE protects endothelial cells against oxidative stress by elevating the activity of serum superoxide dismutase in hyperlipemia rats.
