摘　　要：以汽车覆盖件为研究对象,根据板料成形特点,利用PAM_STAMP软件对横梁冲压过程进行数值模拟,确定最佳工艺参数后,用UG NX6软件完成横梁的拉深模设计,模具结构合理。The stamping process of a crossbeam in an automobile panel was simulated according to the characteristic of sheet forming.A drawing die for the stamping was developed by using UG NX6 software atter optimum technological parameters were determined.
