摘　　要：目的:探讨蓄电池厂工人体内不同铅负荷对心血管相关功能影响。方法:选择某蓄电池厂职工为研究对象,进行体检和问卷调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:工人体内不同铅负荷和血红蛋白(r=0.159,P<0.01)、红细胞(r=0.139,P<0.01)、ZPP(r=0.492,P<0.01)显著相关。不同的铅负荷,对有关心血管功能的损伤也不尽相同。结论:应采取各种措施降低工人体内的血铅水平,减少由此可能带来的人体损害。Objective： To investigate the effect of different lead burden on the relative cardiovascular function to the battery factory workers.Methods： A storage battery factory workers were enrolled in the study,workers were interviewed using prepared questionnaires and conducting physical examinations,statistical analyses were carried out from the findings of their performance index.Results： A significant correlation of different lead burden in body with hemoglobin（r=0.159,P0.01）,red cells（r=0.139,P0.01） and ZPP（r=0.492,P0.01） was observed.Different lead burden could result in different pathological injure of cardiovascular function.Conclusion： A varied measures should be taken to decrease the blood lead level of workers and reduce the potential damage to the human body.
