山丘型血吸虫病流行区防治措施和效果观察

摘　　要：目的：评价快速阻断山丘型血吸虫病流行防治措施的效果。方法：采用喷粉灭螺和环境改造措施,辅以化疗和健康教育的综合防治措施。结果：实施新的综合防治措施后,2005年~2008年连续4年无感染性钉螺,活螺密度、有螺面积亦同步下降。居民血清学查病阳性率由8.71%下降至0.91%。钉螺面积和居民查病阳性率随灭螺覆盖率的上升而下降。结论：山丘地区采用喷粉灭螺新技术开展复杂环境多频次灭螺、对近年有螺环境开展巩固性灭螺,同时结合当地经济推进环境改造等综合治理措施,可以有效控制乃至阻断血吸虫病的流行。Objective： To evaluate the effect of prevention measure of the quickly obstruct schistosomiasis in hilly type prevalent area.Methods： Adopting dusting molluscacide and environment modification,chemotherapy with praziquantel and health education.Results： There were no infected snails found after comprehensive measures were implemented from 2005 to 2008.The densities of living snails and areas with snails decreased.Finding out sero-positive sick for residents decreased from 8.71% to 0.91%.Areas with snails and finding out sero-positive sick decreased with the increasing of molluscacidal coverage rate.Conclusion： Comprehensive measures such as using dusting molluscacide of the new technology to indicate more complex environment with multiple frequency of molluscacide,carrying on supplemental molluscacide to indicate snail environment,combining with the local economic development to push on the environmental modification,so as to effectively control and block the prevalence of schistosomiasis.
