摘　　要：目的:建立一套适合农村基本公共卫生服务工作的评价指标体系。方法:采用德尔菲专家咨询法建立指标体系,等级和法与专家意见相结合的方法确定指标权重。结果:两轮专家咨询回收率均在70%以上,权威程度高于0.7,协调系数为0.5363,差异有统计学意义(2χ=130.40,P<0.05)。确立了以服务能力、服务内容和服务效果为主体框架的评价指标体系,3个一级指标的权重分别为0.348、0.357、0.295。结论:该指标体系结构合理,内容精炼、全面,包含了农村基本公共卫生服务的核心内容,有较强的针对性。Objective： To establish the evaluation indexes system for basic public health service in rural areas.Methods： Delphi method was used to develop the evaluation indicators,percentage weighting method and the method of combining expert opinion determined index weights.Results： The response rate of the Delphi survey was over 70%.The mean of authorities was above 0.7 and the harmonious coefficients was 0.5363,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=130.40,P0.05）.The weight coefficients of the indicators at first level were 0.348,0.357 and 0.295,respectively.Conclusion： The structure of the evaluation indexes system is rational and the contents are refined,integrated.The indexes include the core content of the basic public health services in rural and is highly targeted.
