摘 要:采用X射线荧光光谱法与原子吸收光谱法,研究了含不同铬离子溶度的模拟海水中,竹节蛏对铬元素的吸收积累量。结果显示:在实验室模拟试验中,铬元素的吸收积累量逐日增加,达到基本吸收平衡的时间随着模拟海水中铬离子浓度的增加而延长,最大积累量是国家规定的无公害水产品安全要求中有害有毒物质最高限量的10.66倍。方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.03mg/.kg,加标回收率为99.30%~102.07%。XRFS and FAAS were applied to the study of dynamic accumulation of chromium in pleopoda of solen strictus living in chromium polluted sea water.As shown by the results of simulated experiments,the amount of chromium accumulated was found to increase with the exposure time,and the equilibrium time needed depended on the concentration of dissolved chromium in the solution.The maximum,amount of chromium was about 10.66 times higher than that claimed by the state standards of the state law and regulation.The detection limit(3 S/N) of the FAAS method was found to be 0.03 mg/kg,and values of recovery obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 99.30%~102.07 %,
