摘 要:研制一种满足DVG850立式加工中心高速进给要求的高速导轨防护装置的快速伸缩机构。采用ANSYS建立快速伸缩机构的模型并进行瞬态动力学分析,分析杆件长度和截面尺寸对其动态响应能力的影响。结果表明:截面尺寸为宽15mm、厚8 mm、长400 mm的快速伸缩机构的动态响应能力最好。A rapid stretching organization which was used in the protective device for high-speed guideway was designed according to the requirement of high-speed vertical machining center DVG850. The 3D model of the organization was built and transient dynamics analysis was made with ANSYS. The influences of the bar length and section size on the organization's dynamic response capaci- ty were analyzed. The results show that the organization which section size is width 15 mm, thickness 8 mm, length 400 mm has the best dynamic response capacity.
