积雪草中一个熊果烷型的新三萜苷

摘　　要：通过柱色谱技术,从积雪草水提取物中分离得到4个三萜苷类化合物,运用多种波谱分析技术及化学水解法,确定4个化合物分别为:积雪草苷C、chebuloside Ⅱ、centellasaponin A和积雪草苷。其中积雪草苷C为新的熊果烷型三萜苷类化合物,chebuloside Ⅱ为首次从本属植物中分离得到。Column chromatographic technique was used to isolate the water extract of Centella asiatica（L.） Urban.By means of spectroscopic techniques,four compounds were elucidated as： centelloside C（1）,chebuloside II（2）,centellasaponin A（3） and asiaticoside（4）.Among them,centelloside C（β-D-glucopyranosyl 2α,3β,6β,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oate）,is a new ursane-type triterpene saponin,chebuloside II is reported for the first time from this genus.
