摘　　要：采用LC-MSn法定性分析头孢妥仑匹酯中的有关物质。用C18色谱柱,以乙腈-甲醇(1︰1)与5 mmol/L甲酸铵缓冲液(pH 6.0)为流动相进行梯度洗脱;在电喷雾离子源、正离子化方式下,对所得色谱峰进行一级和二级全扫描质谱分析,初步推测了7种有关物质的化学结构。A LC-MSn method was established for qualitative analysis of related substances in cefditoren pivoxil.A C18 column was used with acetonitrile-methanol（1︰1） and 5 mmol/L ammonium formate solution（pH 6.0） as the mobile phase for gradient elution.Mass spectrometric detection was achieved by an ion-trap mass spectrometer equipped with an electrospray ionization interface working in positive ionization mode.The structures of seven related substances were tentatively postulated based on the full-scan MS and MS2 spectra of the HPLC peaks.
