摘　　要：分析柳钢铁水成本构成,从近期使用的原料(烧结矿、球团矿、块矿)和燃料(炼焦煤、喷吹煤)两方面探讨降低铁水生产成本的措施。The cost structure of molten iron in Liugang was analyzed, and the countermeasures for reducing production cost of molten iron from two aspects of raw material （sinter, pellet, lump ore） and fuel （coking coal, PCI coal） used recently were discussed.
