摘  要:白莲河抽水蓄能电站4号机组在起动调试过程中,先后发生两次推力轴瓦烧损事故,其原因主要是推力轴瓦支承结构设计不合理、推力轴承高压减载油泵选型不当、流量不足,不能满足运行的要求。在事故处理时采取了以下措施:更换高压减载油泵,增大喷油量;加大托盘支承面积减小瓦面变形;通过增大托盘与支座配合间隙、减小支柱螺栓球面半径等措施增大推力瓦倾斜度及灵活性;改善冷、热油区密封等。事故处理后,机组已在各种工况下安全运行近1年,推力轴承运行情况良好。The thrust bearing pads are worn twice during start-up commission of Unit 4 in Ballianhe pumped storage power station.The main reasons are unreasonable structure design and inappropriate selection of high pressure oil lifting device. Then theimprovement suggestions are put forward such as changing the high pressure oil lifting device to increase the oil discharge, increasingthe support area to reduce the pad deformation, increasing the gap between tray and beating and decreasing the spherical radius of thebolt to increase the flexibility of thrust bearing pads and improving the seal of cold and hot oil region. The operation of the unit haslasted for one year and it shows that the safe operation reliability of thrust bearing has been enhanced after the treatment.
