摘　　要：目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)对寻常型银屑病患者外周血调节正常T细胞表达和分泌的活性因子(RAN-TES)的影响。方法采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测正常人和进行期寻常型银屑病患者(治疗前后)外周血血清中RAN-TES的含量。结果银屑病患者组治疗前外周血RANTES的表达明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。所有患者治疗后外周血RANTES的表达均下降,与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。患者治疗前、后外周血RAN-TES的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 NB-UVB可能通过降低外周血RANTES的含量达到治疗银屑病的目的。Objective To investigate the effect of NB-UVB on RANTES in the peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）was used to analyze the level of RANTES in the peripheral blood serum from patients with psoriasis vulgaris（before and after treatment）and normal controls.Results The peripheral blood levels of RANTES in patients with psoriasis vulgaris are significantly higher than healthy controls（P〈0.01）,after 15 times,phototherapy,the level of RANTES is significantly reduced（P〈0.01）.Conclusion NB-UVB may be achieve the purpose of cure psoriasis by reducing the levels of RANTES in peripheral blood.
