摘　　要：商品经济的发展、士大夫对商人及商业的认同,为商人会馆的产生提供了土壤,而地域文化的差异、激烈的市场竞争和中国官府对市场管理的自由放任政策则是商人会馆产生的催化剂。The development of commodity economy and the approval of the businessman and business by scholar-bureaucrats make the merchant＇s guild possible.The direct cause of the guild is the cultural diversity of every region,intense market competition and the free and unrestrained strategy for the market management by Chinese officials.
