摘　　要：知识经济时代需要不断的创新,在国家创新体系建设中,高校担负着培养创新性人才的重大历史使命。培养创新性人才重在塑造其创新人格和创新思维能力。高校构建与完善创新教育体系与建立健全大学生科技创新机制,是培养创新性人才的重要途径。In the course of national innovation, higher educational institutions take the great historical mission of cultivating innovative talents, which embodies in the cultivation of their innovative personality and creative thinking ability. The effective approach is to establish and perfect the system of innovation education and the mechanism of science and technology innovation.
