摘 要:采用高速冲击压机压制钛粉,研究润滑剂含量对压坯性能的影响。结果表明:加入适量的润滑剂可以提高钛粉成形时的质量能量密度,从而获得更高密度的压坯。当润滑剂加入量为0.3%(质量分数)时,钛粉成形的最大质量能量密度为0.192 kJ/g,压坯密度为4.38 g/cm3,相对密度为97.4%。此外,适量的润滑剂能提高钛粉压制过程中的最大冲击力和降低脱模力,却会显著降低压坯强度。密度较低的纯钛压坯的强度显著高于致密度较高的含润滑剂压坯。对于不同润滑剂含量的压坯,当密度相近时,其强度也相当。Ti powder compact was pressed through a high velocity compaction(HVC) machine,and the effect of lubricant content on properties of green compacts was studied by using US Instron 8802 Electrohydraulic Servo Mechanics Testing Machine to measure sample's compression strength,using JSM-6300LV scanning Electronic Microscope to observe fracture morphology of the compact,etc..The results show that a proper lubricant content can improve the maximum impact energy per mass in pressing Ti powder compact,and higher density is obtained.The green compact with 0.3%(mass fraction) lubricant has the density of 4.38 g/cm3 and relative density of 97.4% at the maximum impact energy per mass of 0.192 kJ/g.In addition,proper lubricant addition can enhance the maximum impact force and reduce the withdraw force of the HVC process,but reduce the strength of green compacts drastically.Moreover,the strength of pure Ti green compacts with lower density is higher than that of compacts added certain lubricant with higher density.For the green compacts with different lubricant content,their strength is comparable when the density is approximate.
