摘  要:目的探索自学-课堂讨论-诊治演习模式在临床内科教学中的研究。方法采用自学-课堂讨论-诊治演习式教学模式进行内科血液病部分的教学,通过对实验班(171人)采用自学-课堂讨论-诊治演习模式施教,教师通过预先的设计与组织,学生经过自学思考,在教师引导下就问题发表自己的见解,主动探寻知识。对照班(164人)采用传统的注入式教学法施教。结果实验班学习测验成绩明显优于对照班(p〈0.05)。结论自学-课堂讨论-诊治演习模式提高了教学质量,有利于培养医学实用人才。Objective To explore the significance of Teaching mode of self study-class discussion-diagnosis and treatment exercise in Clinical medicine. Methods using self study-class discussion-diagnosis exercise type teaching pattern in haematology part teaching, compared the experimental classes which with 171 students given teaching mode of self study-class discussion-diagnosis exercise with comparative classes which with 164 students adopted traditional teaching. Results That in Experimental study results test scores significantly better than that in comparative classes (p〈0.05). Conclusion Self study-class discussion-diagnosis exercise formats improved the teaching quality and to cultivate the medical practical talents.
