摘  要:采用3 种不同浓度的赤霉素(20、50、100 μg/g)和矮壮素(500、1 000、1 500 μg/g)对高羊茅进行叶面喷施,以研究其对高羊茅生长特性及品质的影响。结果表明:赤霉素显著促进地上部分伸长生长,100 μg/g 赤霉素处理生长速度最快。50 μg/g 赤霉素处理高羊茅的干草产量及粗蛋白产量均最高,分别为对照的2.01、1.84 倍。矮壮素抑制地上部分的伸长生长,并促进分蘖,使叶片加宽。1 500 μg/g 矮壮素处理的高羊茅干草产量、粗蛋白产量分别比对照提高21.87% 、40.86% 。赤霉素处理使高羊茅粗纤维含量有所提高,粗蛋白含量比对照有所下降。矮壮素处理使高羊茅粗蛋白含量提高,粗纤维含量降低。A field experiment of spraying gibberellic acid (GA 3) with concentrations of 20, 50, 100 μg/g and chlorcholine chloride (CCC) with concentrations of 500 , 1 000 , 1 500 μg/g on the leaves of tall fescue was conducted in order to determine the effects of GA 3 and CCC on the growth character and quality of tall fescue. The results showed that GA 3 obviously accelerated the stem growth of tall fescue. The fastest growth rate occurred at GA 3 treatment with concentration of 100 μg/g. The highest yield (DM) and CP content which were 2.0 and 1.84 times of control respectively appeared at the GA 3 concentration of 50 μg/g. CCC treatment restraint stem growth and promoted tillering and made the leaf wider. CCC treatment (1 500 μg/g) increased the yield (DM) and CP content of tall fuscue by 21.87% and 40.86%. GA 3 treatment raised the CF content and reduced the CP content, but CCC did opposite effect.
