气管导管引导下安置胃管在手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨消化道手术中胃管安置失败的补救措施。方法选择术中发现胃管安置不到位的在全麻下行手术的患者48例，随机均分为2组，观察组在气管导管（ID=7.0）引导下安置胃管，对照组按常规方法放置胃管，3次不成功者改用在气管导管引导下安置胃管。结果与对照组比较，观察组一次插管成功率高，咽部疼痛和水肿发生率低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或0.01）。结论气管导管引导下安置胃管是解决在手术中重置胃管较好的方法。Objective To investigate the remedial measures of failed gastric tube placement in gastrointestinal surgery.Methods 48 patients failed gastric tube placement in general anesthesia were randomly average divided into 2 groups, the observation group was placed the gastric tube under the guidance of the endotracheal tube （ID = 7.0）. The control group was placed the gastric tube by conventional methods, and changed the way under the guidance of the endotraeheal tube after 3 times unsuccessful. Results The rate of once successful of gastric tube placement in observation group was higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）,and the rate of pharyngodynia and edema in observation group was lower than that in control group （P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion It was the better way of gastric tube placement again in the surgery under the guidance of the endotracheal tube.
