水体底泥汞·镉污染对鲫鱼卵巢发育的影响

摘  要:[目的]了解水体底泥中汞、镉对鲫鱼卵巢性腺发育程度、卵母细胞组织学的影响。[方法]测定在水体底泥中汞、镉污染的情况下鲫鱼的性腺指数,观察卵母细胞的组织结构。[结果]底泥中汞和镉污染均造成鲫鱼卵巢成熟系数降低,且随浓度的升高而加大。100mg/kg汞污染下,鲫鱼的性腺指数与对照组存在显著差异(P<0.05)。汞污染能抑制卵母细胞对卵黄物质的积累,高浓度下还能抑制早期卵母细胞(第Ⅱ时相)核仁的分裂。镉污染也能抑制卵母细胞对卵黄物质的积累,高浓度下导致第Ⅳ时相卵母细胞周围卵质中出现细小的卵黄油滴。[结论]水体底泥中汞、镉污染能阻碍鲫鱼卵巢发育,使性腺指数降低,抑制早期卵母细胞核仁分裂。[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of Hg and Cd in the bottom sediment of water body on the development level of ovary and histological structure of ovocyte of crucian carp.[Method] The gonad somatic index(GSI) of crucian carp under the conditions of Hg and Cd pollution in the bottom sediment of water body was determined and the histological structure of ovocyte was observed.[Result] Hg and Cd pollution in the bottom sediment lowered the ovary development coefficient of crucian carp and the gonad somatic index(GSI) increased with the increasing of the concentration.Under the pollution of 100 mg/kg Hg,GSI of crucian carp had significant difference with control group(P0.05).Hg pollution can inhibit the accumulation of yolk and it can also inhibit the division of nucleous of forepart oocyte(phaseⅡ) at high concentration.Cd pollution can also inhibit the accumulation of yolk in oocyte and small yolk oil-drop can produce in the ovoplasm around the oocyte(phaseⅡ) under high concentration of Cd.[Conclusion] Hg and Cd pollution in the bottom sediment of water body could hinder the ovary development of crucian carp,lower GSI,and restrain the nucleus division of forepart oocyte.
