保定市蚕姑坨景区农家乐发展现状研究

摘　　要：以河北省保定市蚕姑坨旅游景区农家乐为研究对象,对其发展规模、经营现状、消费者结构特征及发展中存在的问题进行了调查研究,研究表明,蚕姑坨景区农家乐发展已具一定规模,消费者满意度较高,但农家乐在环境卫生、服务设施、服务质量等方面还存在一定不足,在今后的发展中,应继续完善基础设施建设,增加特色服务项目,提高从业人员综合素质,加强卫生管理,优化、美化周边地区环境,走有特色的可持续发展道路。Nongjiale of Cangutuo Scenic Spot in Baoding City of Hebei Province was viewed as study objects,and it＇s development scale,management status,consumers＇ structure characteristics and the problems in the development of Nongjiale were investigated and studied.The results indicated that the development of Nongjiale in Cangutuo Scenic Spot had already formed a certain scale and the satisfaction was higher.However,there were many disadvantages for Nongjiale in the aspects of environmental sanitation,service facility and service quality and so on.In the future development,the special sustainable development way should be walk along,namely,the establishment of infrastructure should be completed sequentially and special service items should be enhanced,moreover,the comprehensive quality of employee should be improved,health management should be noted,in addition,environment of around areas should be optimized and embellished.
