新安S育性敏感期内育性波动与温光条件的相关性分析

摘　　要：[目的]为提高新安S的制种产量和质量提供依据。[方法]在2009年盛夏异常气候条件下,对光温敏型核不育系新安S进行4个不同种植点（四川眉山、江苏盐城、安徽合肥及巢湖）的田间调查,确定其育性波动的敏感期及导致育性波动的因子。[结果]4个种植点新安S的育性均产生了不同程度的明显波动,其育性波动的敏感期为抽穗前的11~21 d,即幼穗分化第4~6期。导致新安S育性波动的因素除连续3 d日均温低于23.5℃外,1~2 d低温的多次积累、日极端低温和日照时数不足等也不可忽视。[结论]该研究确定了新安S的适宜播种期及安全抽穗期。[Objective] The study aimed to supply basis for enhancing seed-production yield and quality of Xin＇an S.[Method] Under abnormal climatic condition of midsummer in 2009,the field investigation was performed on light and temperature-sensitive nuclear sterile line Xin＇an S in 4 different planting spots,Meishan of Sichuan,Yancheng of Jiangsu,Hefei and Chaohu of Anhui for ascertaining the sensitive period and inducing factors of fertility fluctuation.[Result] The fertility of Xin＇an S in the 4 planting spots generated obvious fluctuation to different degrees.Its sensitive period of fertility fluctuation was the 11-21 d before heading,which was the 4th-6th period of differentiation of yound ears.Except that the daily mean temperature of continuous 3 d was lower than 23.5 ℃,the inducing factors of fertility fluctuation of Xin＇an S included multiple accumulation of 1-2 d low temperature,daily extremely lowest temperatures and insufficient sunshine durations,which could not be neglected.[Conclusion] The suitable seeding date and safe heading stage of Xin＇an S were ascertained through this study.
