摘 要:[目的]筛选能够提高杨树抗溃疡病能力的优良菌根真菌。[方法]分别采用6种菌根真菌(代号分别为:Xc、Li、La、Be、Pt1、Pt2)接种895杨,接种150 d后测定杨树枝条的POD活性;对6种菌根化895杨接种杨树溃疡病菌,以未接种菌根真菌的杨树为对照,调查不同处理杨树溃疡病的发病情况。[结果]除La处理外,其他895杨菌根苗的POD活性均显著高于对照。菌根真菌处理可明显延长895杨的存活时间,其中Be处理895杨的存活时间比对照延长42 d;La、Pt2、Be接种后,杨树溃疡病潜伏侵染发病死亡率明显低于对照,其中接种Be的杨树幼苗感病死亡率为0;Be处理的895杨最抗病,其次为Pt2、Xc、Li处理。[结论]采用Be、Pt2、Xc、Li接种可提高895杨对溃疡病的抗性。[Objective] The purpose was to screen out good mycorrhizal fungi,which could enhance the canker resistance of poplar.[Method] The 895 poplar trees were innoculated with 6 species of mycorrhizal fungi with code names being Xc,Li,La,Be,Pt1 and Pt2,the POD activity in sticks of poplar was determined after 150 d.With non-innoculated poplar trees as CK,the control and treated poplar trees were innoculated with pathogen of poplar canker for investigating the incidence of canker in poplar trees of different treatments.[Result] Except for La treatment,the POD activities of other 895 poplar seedlings with mycorrhizal fungi were significantly higher than that of CK.The treatments with mycorrhizal fungi could extend the survival time of 895 poplar obviously,in which the diseased mortality of 895 poplar seedlings innoculated with Be was 0.The 895 poplar of Be treatment was most resistant to the disease and the following was Pt2,Xc and Li resp.[Conclusion] Innoculation with Be,Pt2,Xc and Li could enhance the resistance of 895 poplar to canker.
