播种期对匙叶翼首草温室育苗生长发育规律的影响

摘　　要：[目的]研究播种期对匙叶翼首草[Pterocephalus hookeri（C.B.Clarke）Hoec.]温室育苗生长发育规律的影响,以期为匙叶翼首草的人工栽培提供理论依据和技术指导。[方法]田间试验采用随机区组设计,考察不同播种期匙叶翼首草的各生长指标。[结果]12月18日播种的匙叶翼首草叶片数最多,为53片;根径、侧根数和根长的生长量也最多,分别为7.14 mm、4.47个和13.15 cm;植株鲜重也最大。[结论]翼首草的温室育苗最适宜的播种期是12月中旬,最佳苗龄为75~95 d,这为匙叶翼首草的人工栽培提供了科学依据。[Objective] To study the effect of sowing dates on the growth and development of Pterocephalus hookeri（C.B.Clarke） Hoec.seedlings under greenhouse,so as to provide theoretical evidence and technical guidance for the artificial cultivation of Pterocephalus hookeri（C.B.Clarke） Hoec..[Method] Using randomized block design,the field experiments were carried out to investigate the effect of sowing dates on each growth index of Pterocephalus hookeri（C.B.Clarke） Hoec..[Result] Sowed on December 18,the number of blades and lateral root,root diameter,root length and fresh weight of Pterocephalus hookeri（C.B.Clarke） Hoec.were the optimum with 53 of blades number,4.47 of lateral root number,7.14 mm of root diameter and 13.15 cm of root length,respectively.[Conclusion] The optimal sowing date of Pterocephalus hookeri（C.B.Clarke） Hoec.sseedlings under greenhouse is the middle ten days of December,and the optimum age of seedlings is 75-95 d.This case provides scientific evidence for the artificial cultivation of Pterocephalus hookeri（C.B.Clarke） Hoec..
