摘　　要：新农村文化建设是新农村建设的重要组成,非物质文化遗产保护与开发是我国当前文化建设的核心任务之一,农村是非物质文化遗产成长的摇篮,是非物质文化遗产的活力源泉,新农村文化建设和非物质文化遗产保护与开发之间关系紧密。在新农村文化建设背景下,坚持政府主导,以农民为主体,资金为保障,制造文化建设良好舆论,并持之以恒,必将推动非物质文化遗产保护与开发工作的更进一步发展。New rural construction is an important component of the construction of new countryside and the intangible cultural heritage protection and development current cultural construction is one of the core tasks of rural markets.Countryside is both the cradle and energy source for the growth of intangible cultural heritage.New countryside culture construction closely related to the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage.In the background of new countryside culture construction,if we adhere to the government,regard farmers as the main bodies,the funds for protection,create good opinion for cultural construction,and with perseverance spirit,it is for sure to spur the project of the intangible cultural heritage protection and development.
