摘　　要：土地集约利用强调土地现阶段的经济效益,即以最少的投入获得土地的最高产出。对环境的保护、代际关系的处理并不是土地集约利用的主要目标。土地可持续利用不但要求获得土地的经济效益,土地的生态效益和社会效益都是其追求的目标。土地可持续利用虽然强调对环境的保护,重视代际关系的处理,但它还是强调人是自然的征服者和改造者,是一种向土地资源索取的土地利用方式。城市绿色发展要求要有一种新的土地利用方式——土地绿色利用。土地绿色利用强调人与人、人与自然的平等,这是一种土地资源利用的新观念。Intensive land utilization stresses the current economic benefits,namely,get the most output from the least amount of inputs.The protection of environment and the treatment of relation between generations are not the main objectives of intensive land utilization.Sustainable utilization of land not only lay great stress on economic benefits of land,but also lay great stress on ecological benefits and social benefits.Although land sustainable utilization emphasizes natural environment and take relation between generations into account,it also emphasizes that human is the conqueror and modifier of nature and is also the land utilization way what requests from land resources.Green land utilization is asked by green urban development.Green land utilization emphasizes the fact that the equality is equal between man and nature,man and man,which are new ideas for land resources utilization.
