大蒜生姜提取物对花斑皮蠹幼虫的驱避作用

摘　　要：采用滤纸药膜法,研究大蒜、生姜提取物对花斑皮蠹幼虫的驱避作用.结果表明:大蒜、生姜提取物在高浓度(100%)时,对花斑皮蠹幼虫均具有较强的驱避活性,20%时具有一定的驱避作用或引诱作用,在较低浓度(4%)时多表现为引诱作用.随着处理时间的延长,作用效果逐渐下降.培养皿直径大小对活性强弱有一定影响,尤其是在较低浓度(4%)时,随着培养皿直径的增大,引诱效果显著增强.The repellent action of garlic and ginger extracts on larvae of Trogoderma variabile was determined.The results showed that two extracts had strong repellent activity when treated with high concentration（100%）,some repellent activity or attracting activity was found when treated with extracts at 20% concentration,and two extracts showed some attracting activity when treated with low concentration（4%）.The action effect decreased gradually with the prolonging of treatment time.The diameter of culture dish effected the action effect of garlic and ginger extracts on larvae of T.variabile to a certain extent,at low concentration（4%） especially.The degree of attracting activity enhanced with the increasing of diameter of culture dish.
