摘  要:楚雄静止无功补偿(SVC)是云广特高压直流的配套工程,具有技术新、容量大的特点,有必要在工程投产前进行RTDS试验。项目包括建立目前世界规模最大的交直流电网RTDS实时仿真模型,搭建由RTDS、SVC控制保护屏柜、云广直流实际控制保护装置、功放等构成的闭环试验系统,分别在云广直流联网、孤岛两种方式下对楚雄SVC控制保护系统的功能、动态性能以及与电网相互作用进行实时闭环试验。结果表明:楚雄SVC的RTDS闭环试验系统建模合理;试验发现并解决了两套SVC控制不协调工作、交流系统瞬时性故障时SVC退出运行等多项功能缺陷。The SVC sets at Chuxiong Converter Station are to assort with the Yunnan ??Guangdong ±800 kV DC project,and need RTDS test before the project being operation.This paper makes a RTDS simulation model for the largest AC/DC grid in the world,and sets up a closed-loop test systems consisting of the RTDS,control-protection cubicles of SVC sets,practical Yunnan ??Guangdong UHVDC control and protection devices,power amplifier,etc.RTDS Tests on the functions and dynamic performance of SVC sets are carried out with the closed-loop testing system under the conditions of islanding and interconnection operation modes of the project respectively.The results show that the closed-loop testing system modeling is reasonable,and there are certain functional defects in the SVC control-protection system such as uncoordinated control between the two SVC sets and SVC out of operation when transient faults occured,and these problems are overcome through the RTDS test.
