摘　　要：目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的表达在妊娠期高血压疾病中发生及发展的作用。方法本研究应用原位杂交技术检测45例妊娠期高血压疾病的胎盘组织和40例正常妊娠的胎盘组织中MMP-2的表达。结果妊娠期高血压疾病组的MMP-2的平均光密度(OD)值明显低于正常妊娠组(对照组),P<0.05,而且病情愈重,MMP-2的OD值愈低,P<0.05。结论 MMP-2低表达可能参与妊娠期高血压疾病的发生、发展。Objective To investigate the occurrence and development of the presentation of MMP - 2 during the gestation hypertension. Methods In - situ hybridization technology was introduced to examine the presentations of MMP - s in the placental tissues among which 45 cases in gestation hypertension while 40 cases in normal gestation. Results The average optical density value of MMP - 2 in the group of gestation hypertension was remarkably lower than that in the contrasting group of normal gestation, P 〈 0.05. Furthermore, the more serious the case is, the lower the optical density value of the MMP - 2, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion The low presentation of MMP - 2 is likely to be concerned with the occurrence and development of gestation hypertension.
