摘　　要：为能有效地解决传统手工结算带来的一系列问题,需要建立一套餐饮业自身的结算管理系统,该系统的业务管理一般以餐饮企业的前台管理为核心,并应用VB 6.0和Access 2003等系统管理软件,为用户提供迅速、高效的服务,减免了手工处理的繁琐与误差,及时反映餐饮企业的工作情况和经营情况,从而提高其服务质量,现代化的餐饮管理,获得更好的经济效益。As a result,the computerized catering management system becomes much more attractive for this system can work out a series of issues causing by the conventional hand catering management,This system is based on the front office operation supporting by the software of the VB 6.0 and Access 2003 in order to provide a fast and efficient services,in which can reduces the burdens and turnovers to reflects the working and operating conditions as well.In addition,this system will create considerable profits and support of the modern food and beverage industry management.
