摘　　要：通过分析数据备份和恢复所要做的准备工作,详细介绍数据库和关联支持文件备份与恢复的方法,提供了实现主要功能的代码。The paper intends to discussing the preparing work needed for backing up and restoring data.It introduces in detail the backup and restoring methods of the data in database and those related supportive ones,and provides the main code for realizing the main function.
