摘　　要：目的： 研究中药矽肺宁对尘肺患者血清铜蓝蛋白活性的影响。方法： 用联大茴香胺法测定血清铜蓝蛋白活性。结果： 服药患者血清铜蓝蛋白活性降低， 与对照组比较， 差异具有统计学意义 （ Ｐ＜ ００５）。结论： 中药矽肺宁对尘肺患者血清铜蓝蛋白活性有一定影响。Objective: To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Xifeining on the activity of Ceruloplasmin in the serum of patients suffering from Pneumoconiosis Methods:The activity of Ceruloplasmin was determined with dimethoxybenzidime method Results:The activity of Ceruloplasmin in the serum of patients who have taken the medicine is lower than that of those without taking it ,which is of statistical significance(P<0 05) Conclusion:Traditional Chinese Xifeining has an influence on the Ceruloplasmin activity in the serum of patients suffering from Pneumoconiosis
