摘　　要：美国霸权在衰落。其衰落的起点是2008年开始的金融危机,其折射点是2010年美国安全战略的转变。美国的绝对实力仍无任何国家出其右,其霸权衰落是相对实力衰落的体现。美国霸权虽在衰落,但由于其绝对实力的强大,仍会延续数十年;虽在延续,但由于其剥削世界的本质和地区大国的崛起而不可避免终结的命运。American hegemony is declining.The beginning is the financial crisis started in 2008;the refraction spot is the transformation of American security strategy in 2010.No country＇s strength surpasses the US up till now.American hegemony＇s decline is manifestation of America＇s relative strength＇s decline.Although American hegemony is declining,it will still continue for dozens of years;although it is continuing,end is its inevitably destiny.
