摘　　要：介绍了一种新型多功能建筑板材——QCB防水保温阻燃一体板,它以阻燃性能优异的改性酚醛发泡或聚脲发泡材料为芯材,表面覆盖聚合物改性沥青防水卷材等防水装饰材料,集防水、保温、阻燃等性能于一体。该材料分为屋面板和墙体板两类,本文以屋面板为例详细介绍了其施工工艺和细部节点处理方法。The article introduces a new multifunctional material——QCB waterproofing insulation and flame retardant board,including roof board and wall board.The core of the board is modified phenol aldehyde foam or polyurea foam covered with polymer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane so the board has integrated performance of waterproofing,insulation and flame retardant.Taking the roof board as an example the article details its application and detail treatment.
