摘 要:本文以轧制过程相似理论为依据,在实验室轧钢机上模拟研究了用2~3个蝶式孔型轧制角钢的变形规律并归纳出轧制工艺要点,以及建立了计算变形量的数学模型。数学模型已经过NO.2.5~7角钢孔型设计的实践检验,证明具有较高的精确度。生产实际证实:采用2~3个蝶式孔型的孔型系统能实现稳定轧制并获得NO.2.5~7用钢。由最少蝶式孔型组成的孔型系统具有简化轧辊车削、节约轧辊和容易调整等优点。On the basis of principle of similitude, the plastic flow pattern in rolling an angle using two or three batterfly passes has been investigated simulatively on an experimental mill. Several main points concerning the tecohnlogical proceess were summed up, and the mathematical modelor calculating deformation was established. The mathematical model has been verified in pass designs of angle No. 2.5 and angle No.7.It has been proved that the accuracy of the mathematical mode is high. The rolling practice also proved angles from NO.2.5 to NO.7 could be rolled stably use of this kind that of pass system conta ining two or three butterfly passes. Inaddition,this pass system containing least butterfly passes has may advantages, as simplifying the machinework of the roll, roll-saving and easy to adjust.
