摘  要:泡沫混凝土具有质轻、保温隔声等优异性能,但易开裂、强度低和易塌模等问题制约了其在现浇承重墙体上的应用。以P.O32.5R水泥、Ⅲ级粉煤灰为主要原料,制备出用于现浇承重保温为一体的免蒸压泡沫混凝土;采用单因素试验研究了外加剂对泡沫混凝土性能的影响,并结合工程应用实例,对泡沫混凝土整浇墙易出现的问题进行分析并提出解决建议。制备的泡沫混凝土能有效地解决泡沫混凝土现浇承重墙体时容易出现的塌模、开裂等问题。Foamed concrete has excellent performance of lightweight and noise insulation. But the problems of easily to crack and rupture constraint the application of foamed concrete for cast-in-place bearing wall. In this paper, taking P·O32.5R cement, m grade fly ash as main raw material,non-autoclaved foamed concrete for cast-in-place bearing and insulation wall is prepared;the effects of admixture on foamed concrete properties are studied through single-factor test. With the example of engineering application,the problems easily found in foamed concrete cast-in-place wall are analyzed and solution is proposed. The prepared foamed concrete can effectively solve the problems of rupture and crack when applied for integrated cast-in-place bearing wall.
