摘 要:研究了利用油页岩渣和矿渣制备土聚水泥的方法。分析了油页岩渣-矿渣土聚水泥的强度指标和经济性能,以及蒸汽养护和蒸压养护对土聚水泥强度的影响。结果表明,油页岩渣-矿渣土聚水泥具有较高的性价比;油页岩渣掺量为50%,激发剂掺量为7.5%~15.0%,其水泥强度分别相当于复合水泥的32.5级和硅酸盐水泥的62.5级;蒸汽养护90℃、恒温4 h的抗压强度为28 d标养强度的95%左右;蒸压养护1.0 MPa、恒压4 h的抗压强度为28 d标养强度的1.5倍左右。The preparation methods of geopolymeric cement with oil shale residue and slag were researched. And the strength index and economic performance of the oil shale residue-slag geopolymeric cement were analyzed. In addition,the effects of steam curing and autoclave curing on geopolymeric cement strength were studied. The results show that the oil shale residue-slag geopolymeric cement has good cost performance ratio. When oil shale residue content is 50% and activator content is 7.5%-15%, the cement strength discriminability reaches 32.5 grade of Composite Cement and 62.5 grade of Portland Cement. The compressive strength of cement in the steam curing for 4 h under constant 90℃ reaches 95% of the strength of cement in the standard curing for 28 d. The compressive strength of cement in the autoclave curing for 4 h under 1.0 MPa reaches 150% of strength of cement in the standard curing for 28 d.
