糖尿病对煤工尘肺患者肺通气功能及血气影响的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病对煤工尘肺患者肺通气功能及血气的影响。方法选择煤工尘肺合并糖尿病患者78例作为观察组,单纯煤工尘肺患者78例作为对照组,所有患者均行肺功能测定及血气分析。结果两组间比较,观察组肺通气功能指标FVC、FEV1.0、FEF(25%～75%)及血气指标中PaO2均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间FEV1.0/FVC%、PaCO2差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病可加重煤工尘肺患者肺通气功能障碍及低氧血症。[Objective]to investigate the effect of diabetes on the pulmonary ventilation function and blood gas of patients with coal workers＇ pneumoconiosis（CWP）. [Methods]A total of 78 cases with CWP and diabetes were selected as observation group,another 78 cases with CWP as control group.Pulmonary function determination and blood gas analysis were performed on all cases. [Results]Lung function indicators including FVC,FEV1.0,FEF（25%~75%）,and PaO2 of blood gas indicator of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,the differences were significant（P0.05）.The differences of FEV1.0/FVC%,PaCO2 were significant between 2 groups（P0.05）. [Conclusion]Diabetes can aggravate the pulmonary ventilation dysfunction and hypoxemia of patients with CWP.
