摘　　要：围绕科技投入产出效率测度方法问题,在比较分析了常用的几种效率评价方法的基础上,选定了最适用的DEA评价方法。然后针对DEA中最常用的CCR模型存在的两个缺陷,给出了自己的改进模型。并通过江苏省1996～2008年科技投入产出效率的评价算例验证了模型改进后对评价结果的明显改善。This paper focuses on science and technology input and output efficiency measurement methods,at the comparative analysis of the effectiveness of several commonly used evaluation method,the DEA is selected the most appropriate evaluation method.Then About the shortcomings the DEA CCR model has which is used for the most commonly DEA model,the writer gives the improved model.At last the writer takes Jiangsu Province,the Evaluation of the efficiency of Technology input-output 1996~2008,as an example,which has confirmed the model improvement to the measure results distinct improvement greatly.
