摘　　要：介绍了中国重型机械研究院为西南铝业有限公司中厚板车间设计成套的成品板材表面处理及真空吸附自动垛板生产线。该生产线采用了喷码机喷头防碰撞保护技术,板材运行纠偏技术,高精度的长、宽方向定位技术,高精度、高可靠性吸盘搬运装置、衬纸、覆膜技术等一系列新技术,具有对铝板表面进行自动清刷、喷码、对中、堆垛、衬纸等功能。基于PLC自动控制系统,采用集中监控管理,分散控制的多层次自动化系统,适用于实际生产中多规格的板材。生产线投产以来,运行稳定,性能指标达到设计要求。The paper describes a complete set of finished aluminum plate surface treatment and vacuum absorption automatic plate staking-plate production line designed by China Heavy Machinery Research Institute for plate workshop of Southwest Aluminum（Group） Co. , Ltd.. This production line uses a series of new technologies such as anticollision protection for printer＇s head, correcting a deviation in plate running, high-precision positioning for length and width, high-precision and high-reliability sucker handling device, paper hacking and membrane-coveting. It has the functions of automatic cleaning, centering, stacking, and lining paper for aluminum plate surface. Based on PLC automatic control system, it uses the mtdti-level automation system of centralized monitoring management and decentralized control, which is suitable for plates of various sizes in the practical production. Since being put into production line, its operation is stable and all performance indexes are up to the design requirements.
