摘 要:本文对某大型辗环机抱辊系统的力学性能进行了分析,建立了不同轧制情况下,抱辊力、抱辊系统中各机构所承受载荷随环件变化的理论方程。在此基础上,对辗环机抱辊系统的力学性能进行数值仿真分析,得到不同轧制过程中,抱辊力、抱辊系统各机构所受载荷随环件直径变化的趋势,为抱辊系统设计和环件轧制工艺参数的选择奠定了基础。The analysis has been made in this paper for mechanical properties of a large ring rolling machine's guide roller system, and theoretical equation has been established for guide roll forces under different rolling conditions and the loads born by all components in guide roller system, which will change along with ring products. On this basis, numerical simulation analysis is carried out for mechanical properties of ring rolling machine's guide roller system, obtaining variation trend of guide roll forces in different rolling processes and the loads born by all components of guide roller system changing along with ring diameters and making foundations for the design of guide roller system and the selection of ring rolling process parameters.
