大直径有压给料三产品重介质旋流器在动力煤选煤厂的应用研究

摘　　要：针对淮南矿区顾桥矿选煤厂动力末煤煤质及可选性和已建成的浅槽重介质分选块煤车间的现实情况,开发了3DMC1500/1100AP型大直径有压给料三产品重介质旋流器选煤工艺及设备,投产后的检查结果表明,在不脱泥分选30-0mm、灰分为40.35%的原煤时,单机处理能力达580t/h,分选下限达0.25mm,精煤灰分为16.13%,Ep值在0.025以下,精煤数量效率达99.90%。In view of a product line of coarse coal cleaning by bath HM separator already set up at Guqiao Coal Preparation Plant in Huainan mine region and aiming at the property and washability of its steam fine coal,developed with Guohua Sc.& Tech.Int’l Eng.Co.,Ltd.was the 3DMC1500/1100AP large-diameter three-product HM cyclone with pressurized feeding for attaining the pre-required performance.
