玉屏风颗粒剂对手术患者免疫功能调节作用的临床研究

摘　　要：为观察玉屏风颗粒剂对手术应激过程中免疫功能的调节作用 ,60例骨科择期手术患者 ,随机分为对照组和玉屏风组 ,后者术前第 4天开始服用玉屏风颗粒剂至术后第 3天 ,观测两组患者手术前后IgA、IgG、IgM、C3、C4 、CD3、CD4 、CD8、CD4 /CD8、IL -2R、IL -2及C -反应蛋白 (CRP)水平。结果 ,对照组术后各组免疫指标均明显下降 ,CRP含量升高 ;用药组未见明显的免疫功能降低 ,同时部分地拮抗了CRP的升高。提示玉屏风颗粒剂可有效防治手术应激所介导的免疫功能抑制 。To observe the regulative effects of Yupingfeng Granule(YG) on the immunologic function under operative stress,60 cases receiving surgical operation were allocated randomly to control group and YG group.YG group was medicated with YG from the fourth day of before operation to the third day after operation.The following indexes in both groups were assayed before and after operation:IgA,IgG,IgM,C 3,C 4,CD 3,CD 4,CD 8,CD 4/CD 8,IL_2R,IL_2 and C_reactive protein(CPR).The results showed that the immunologic function in the control group was suppressed while CRP content increased significantly,and the immunologic function in YG group remained unchanged and the increase of CPR was partly inhibited.It is concluded that YG is effective for the treatment and prevention of immunosuppression induced by the operative stress,and the mechanism may be related to the decrease of certain immunosuppressive protein during operation.
