摘　　要：通过分析煤气回收工艺，介绍了炼钢厂转炉煤气中O2气体分析系统，包括取样单元、样品传输单元、样品预处理单元、分析单元。O2气体分析系统安装在气化装置的现场，设置了现场分析防护室，为其提供良好的运行环境和特殊的防护，以确保实时、准确地检测出转炉煤气中O2的含量。In this paper, converter gas recovery technique was analyzedl, and the sampling unit, sample transfers unit, sample pre-treating unit and analysis unit of the converter gos oxygen analysis system in the Steel Plant were also introduced. Oxygen analysis system was installed in the gasified environment so that analysis hut was set to provide good running environment and special protection to ensure real-time and accurate detection of converter gas oxygen levels.
