广州市社区医务人员医学继续教育调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解广州社区医务人员的培训需求,探讨适应社区医务人员培训的有效方式。方法:采用自制调查问卷,对广州市8家社区卫生服务中心的408名医务人员进行现场自填式问卷调查。结果:医务人员不同类别对培训的需求有所不同,年龄越小对继续教育的态度越积极(P<0.05);大学本科以上学历比大专以下学历的医务人员认为更有必要参加继续教育(P<0.05);不同文化程度和专业的社区医务人员对培训内容的需求不同(P<0.001);社区医务人员工作任务繁重是开展培训需求最大的问题。结论:分层次的合理开展继续教育和培训,针对社区卫生服务的实际需求开展实用性和针对性较强的培训。Objective：Understood the Guangzhou community medical personnel＇s training need,the discussion adaptation community medical personnel trains effective way.Methods：Uses the self-restraint questionnaire,carries on the scene to the Guangzhou 8 community health service center 408 medical personnel from to fill in the type questionnaire survey.Results：The medical personnel different category differs from to the training need,The age is more young to the continuing education manner is more positive（P0.05）,The undergraduate degree or higher compares below the technical college the school record medical personnel to think has the necessity to participate in the continuing education（P0.05）,The different years of schooling and the specialized community medical personnel to train the content differently the need（P0.001）,The community medical personnel works the duty arduously develops the training need most major problem.Conclusion：In administrative levels reasonable development continuing education and training,In view of community health service actual need development usability and pointed strong training.
