基于XML元数据交换任务的国际科技系统间互操作——以JST亚洲科技门户电子期刊和ISTIC精品期刊为例

摘　　要：在中国，将基于XML元数据互操作技术实际应用到国际化规模性科技信息系统之间的案例并不多见。在遵循国际元数据有关标准的前提下，需要分析合作双方各家元数据的体系结构，再从概念层面对每一元素进行互映射，开发基于XML元数据交换的互操作系统。这些都是必不可少的处理环节。我们以日本科学技术振兴机构运维的亚洲科技门户电子期计检索网站为平台，在中国科学技术信息研究所承担的科技部科技精品期刊项目研究成果的基础上，启动并实施了基于XML元数据交换任务的国际化科技系统问的互操作工作，本文就上述研发内容进行介绍。In China, case studies of interoperation based on XML metadata exchange between large scale of international scientific and technological information systems are rare. In accordance with international standards for metadata, it needs to analyze existing metadata architecture of each partner, from conceptual level, map each element between different metadata systems, and develop XML-based interoperation system. These tasks must be done. Taking Asian Science and Technology Portal of JST as a platform, based on research results of the Key STM Journals Project of MOST, ISTIC Initiated the implementation of intemational interoperation task based on XML metadata exchange. This paper introduces the above research and development tasks.
