New Progress in NSTL Network System and Its Planning for the Next Generation System

摘　　要：2010年3月，中国科学技术信息研究所ISTIC、日本科学技术振兴机构JST、韩国情报研究所KISTI三国科技信息机构建立了年度交流与技术合作机制，国家科技图书文献中心NSTL是交流的主要议题之一。文章概述2010年3月第一届交流会之后，NSTL在2010年度系统建设方面的新进展，并简单描述下一步NSTL在系统建设方面的计划。ISTIC, JST, and KISTI three national institutions have established a mechanism for the annual exchanges and technical cooperation from March 2010. NSTL is the main agenda for the exchanges. Therefore, this article briefly describes new progress in building the system after the first exchange in March 2010, and introduces the next step plans of the system building.
