摘 要:应用石蜡切片技术,通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜研究了不同浓度NaCl处理下中亚滨藜叶的形态结构.研究结果表明:叶片面积随盐浓度的增加呈递减趋势;叶表皮细胞的密度随盐浓度的递增逐渐增大;气孔器面积与NaCl浓度变化呈负相关;气孔开度与盐浓度的变化呈正相关;盐胁迫下,中亚滨藜是通过导管直径的减小和导管数目的增加相互协调来渡过不良环境的;栅栏组织占叶厚的比重随NaCl浓度的增加而增加;维管束鞘薄壁细胞在盐刺激下变小,内部叶绿体所占的比重相应增加;叶肉中含有结晶细胞.中亚滨藜叶对NaCl胁迫的适应性结构对于适应干旱、盐胁迫具有十分重要的意义.Using paraffin sectioning, the morphological structures of leaf of Atriplex centralasiatica Iljin with different NaCl concentrations treatment were examined by LM and SEM. Growth of palisade tissue in- creased with the stimulation of NaCl,just as the vessel of the mid rib. Leaves became smaller with the increase of NaCl concentrations. In the same process, the cuticle became thicker while stoma became less in number and smaller in area. There were crystalliferous cells in mesophyllous tissue too. The Adaptive Structures of leaf of Atriplex centralasiatica Iljin to NaCl stress were important to adapt to salinity and drought.
