摘  要:报道了用分舟热蒸发研制的掺饵硫化锌薄膜器件电致发光的动态特性.运用多段式指数衰减公式与高斯函数的乘积来描述薄膜发光的瞬态过程,理论结果与实验数据十分接近,表明薄膜的陷阱能级对器件发光的弛豫效应产生了影响.The dynamical characteristics of electroluminescence in zinc sulfide thin film devices doped with erbium prepared by thermal evaporation with two boats are reported.The transient process of the thin film luminescence is described by a compound function including the product of an exponential function and a Gaussian function.The results fitted with this function are in good agreement with the experimental data.It is worthing to point out that the trap level may influence the relaxation effect of luminescence of devices.
