河南省农村区域专业化发展研究——基于对河南省17个专业村的调查

摘　　要：利用对河南省10个类型17个专业村643家农户的调查数据,从3个层次对河南省农村区域专业化发展的概况进行分析,在此基础上,对农村区域专业化发展在增收和技术提高方面的效果进行了探讨,以及分析农村区域专业化发展的的影响因素.认为河南省区域专业化发展表现为地区专业化、农户专业化和生产过程专业化3个方面;河南省农区发展专业项目是农户增收的重要渠道,工业带动型专业村农户收入较高;农村区域专业化发展对农户技术的促进作用源于技术引进和技术扩散,河南省专业村处于专业化初期,技术扩散处于S型曲线的上升期,且农业专业化技术扩散的速度相对较慢;内部因素是影响专业村发展的关键因素,其中,好领导班子和充足的资金是影响专业村发展的关键因素.Based on the survey data of 643 households,17 specialized village,10 types in,Henan province,the analysis from the three levels of the specialized development in rural areas in Henan province.On the based of this,the specialized development of the effect in rural areas on the technology and income-boosting was discussed,as well as the impact of factors about the specialized development in rural areas.The paper deems that the specialized development in Henan province behave on the regional specialization of production,household specialization of production and specialization of the production process.The specialized development in agricultural region is an important channel for farmers to increase income in Henan province,the income of the households in industrialized villages is higher;The technical role of the specialized development for farmers in rural areas result from the introduce and diffusion of technology,the specialized villages are put in incipent place in Henan province,the diffusion of technology is put in increasing place in the S curve,and the spread of agricultural specialization is relatively slower;The internal factors is the critical factors on the specialized development,in which good leadership and adequate funding is the most important factor to affect the village to become specialized one.
