摘  要:目的探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性病变程度与血脂成分异常的相关关系。方法选取2004年1月至2007年12月期间在我院心血管内科住院病人共95名进行冠状动脉造影检查,根据冠状动脉粥样硬化性病变程度将患者分为正常组,冠状动脉斑块组,冠心病组,并对病变程度与其血脂成分做Logistic回归分析。结果正常组20人(占21.05%),冠状动脉斑块组28人(占29.47%)和冠心病组47人(占49.47%),其血清TG,TCH,HDCC和LDCC的浓度分别为(2.59±1.63)mmol/L,(4.53±1.02)mmol/L,(1.66±0.74)mmol/L,(3.01±1.36)mmol/L。TG和LCDD是冠状动脉粥样硬化性病变的危险因素,其中ORTG为5.238(95%CI为2.33~11.763)。ORLDCC为13.423(95%CI为4.459~40.407),OR女/男为0.201。结论血中TG和LDCC是冠状动脉粥样病变的危险因素,男性较女性更易有发生冠状动脉粥样病变的危险。Objective To reveal the relationship between coronary atherosclerotic lesion and dyslipidemia. Method Ninety-five pa- tients were collected for coronary angiography from Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2007 in our hospital. On the basis of coronary atherosclerotic lesion, the patients were divided into three groups: the normal one, the coronary artery plaque one and the coronary heart disease one. Correlation of blood lipids and the coronary atherosclerotic lesion were analyzed with logistic regression. Result TG and LCDD were the risk factors of the coronary atherosclerotic lesion, ORTG=5.238 and ORLDCC=13.423. Men seemed to have higher risk of coronary atherosclerotic lesion and OR (women/men) = 0.201. Conclusion TG and LDCC were the risk factors of coronary atherosclerotic and men had higher risk of coronary atherosclerotic lesion than women.
